We are located only ten minutes from the famous gates of Walt Disney World. Only minutes from Interstate 4 our villa is in an excellent location to explore all the amazing and exciting attractions Orlando has to offer.
You will find our villa a cut above the rest and will truly appreciate our luxury home. We are situated on a prime corner lot and not overlooked by anyone and our pool area is private. We also have a jacuzzi spa area for when you are tired after a busy day at the parks - just imagine a glass of wine and a hot bubbling jacuzzi (big enough for four adults) and the kids splashing happily away in the pool - what a life and it is all possible with our home. Our home features beautiful furnishings through out, themed bedrooms and a truly incredible master bedroom.

Our Villa is nestled in the quiet sub division of Bridgewater at Town Center in Davenport. Only minutes from Interstate 4 and Old Lake Wilson Road makes it an ideal location for all attractions. Golfers will be in total heaven with the location of our villa as it is only five minutes away from the new two championship golf courses at
Championsgate Golfing Resort designed by Greg Norman and also just minutes away from the new 2300 acre amazing
Reunion Resort and its three golf courses (Palmer and Watson courses are open at present and the Nicklaus will be opening in the near future). There are an additional 30 to 40 alternative golf courses within a twenty mile radius which will suit all budgets and handicaps.
Our villa is about 25 minutes from
Orlando International Airport, 50 minutes from
Sandford Airport and 75 minutes from

MASTER BEDROOM
A truly magical room. This room is fully air conditioned with remote controls to work the fan and has an intercom system. It has a delightful pool view and has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. There is a tv/video combi with cable tv and a hairdryer for your convenience. The master bathroom has a very large walk in shower, double vanity units, large circular bath and a separate toilet. All towels, bed linen and pool towels are provided.
POOL AREA
You will find our pool area a haven after a busy day. Sit by the pool by day and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Have a bubbly jacuzzi or just relax the choice is yours. At night time our pool is amazing with its underwater lights. This allows you to spend time in the pool in the evening, it really is a remarkable sight. It is surrounded by good size decking and has a large enclosed porch. The pool area is furnished for your relaxation and consists of 4 large sun-loungers, table and four chairs. There is also toys for the pool for the kids to enjoy. Pool heat is available if required.
